Welcome to Base Calamès
Base Calamès is owned and run by Jon and Deborah. With a background in hospitality, Deborah as a Hotel Manager and Jon an experienced chef, your stay is sure to be a comfortable one. As keen climbers, walkers and outdoor enthusiasts, we can point you in the right direction to help you make the most of your stay.
When setting up the accommodation, a major aim was to find a location that is within easy reach of popular activities whilst remaining readily accessible by road and public transport. With superb walking, climbing, cycling and plenty more besides right on the doorstep, and being just 5 minutes drive from the town of Tarascon-sur-Ariège we think we have struck a good balance.
